On December 12th two thousand and twelve, BMW Group, who enjoyed one hundred years’ history, licensed XCE to produce N20 engines, the first time for BMW to license a ｃompany outside BMW system to produce its engines.
2012年12月12日百年BMW首次授權(quán)體系外生產(chǎn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。
On June 26th two thousand and fourteen, SOP was achieved within time schedule.BMW quality standard was fulfilled after eighteen months’ excellent work.
通過18個(gè)月的卓越工作，XCE于2014年6月26日SOP，質(zhì)量符合BMW標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
The project was internally known in XCE as Blue Sky Project.
XCE內(nèi)部代號(hào)為藍(lán)天項(xiàng)目。
Through the platform of Blue Sky Project,
通過藍(lán)天項(xiàng)目的平臺(tái)，
XCE set up a learning system from BMW and started Change Program and Phoenix Project,
XCE建立了向BMW學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)制，開展了轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目、鳳凰項(xiàng)目，
which have all achieved great success.

On June 10th two thousand and fifteen,

BMW Group once again licensed XCE Prince Engine,

which was internally known as King Project, the second phase of Blue Sky Project.

? Now we finally welcomed its SOP after twenty eight months’ hard work.
通過28個(gè)月的艱苦努力，今天迎來了SOP。
Prince Engine is a family product,
王子發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是一個(gè)家族化發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，
which was granted with international awards for eight years in a row，
連續(xù)八年獲得國際大獎(jiǎng)，
It is highly regarded as one of the best engines both in BMW and in the world.
是寶馬最優(yōu)秀的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)之一，是全球最優(yōu)秀的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)之一。
Prince Engine covers the best customer-friendly displacements of one point eight liter, one point six liter and one point two liter as well as future hybrid power solution.

The workload and complexity of KP project is many times more than Blue Sky Project.

? BMW set up a team with fifteen BMW experts and two McKinsey consultants to provide full time support to XCE, free of charge;

BBA experts also participated and supported the project;

supporting offices were set up both in Mianyang and Munich.

? All the efforts were to supply professional support on aspects of management, R&D, quality, purchasing, ndustrialization, sales and finance,

especially on R&D and transfer and debugging of TVDI cylinder head line.
特別是開發(fā)方面和TVDI缸蓋生產(chǎn)搬遷調(diào)試方面的大力支持；
Nine thousand technical documents were provided;
提供SOP需要的技術(shù)文件9000份以上；
PSS IT sharing with BMW was realized;
幫助XCE實(shí)現(xiàn)與BMW共享PSS IT系統(tǒng)；
?barriers on industrialization were overcome
幫助克服工業(yè)化障礙；
? and systems of weekly meeting, monthly meeting and quarterly meeting were set up ;
建立了周例會(huì)、月例會(huì)、季度例會(huì)制度，
five hundred and twenty two meetings were held with BMW;
XCE與BMW共同召開會(huì)議522次
forty nine times of training by BBA and BMW team were performed to six hundred and seventeen XCE trainees.
BBA團(tuán)隊(duì)和BMW團(tuán)隊(duì)累計(jì)為XCE提供培訓(xùn)49次，培訓(xùn)人數(shù)617人次。
XCE learned a lot about project management and engine technology during the twenty seven months,
XCE在這27個(gè)月里學(xué)習(xí)到了很多很多BMW的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)，
and also gained valuable experience on quality, purchasing, industrialization, sales and finance.
也學(xué)習(xí)到非常全面的質(zhì)量、采購、工業(yè)化、銷售、財(cái)務(wù)等方面的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)
With the thorough team work and close contact in the mentioned works,
